Welcome To Touchstone Farm

We are a private horse boarding facility located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia; specializing in breeding American Miniature Horses and American Quarter Horses, equine training, rescue and rehabilitation, and sales.

We offer field boarding for a reasonable price. Our boarding page gives you an overview of some of the facilities and costs. Pastures available for ponies, retirees, and lay-ups. There is also a miniature horse field for the miniatures and ponies.

Occasionally we have horses and ponies for sale. We do take on horses for consignment sales. Please be sure to check our sale page for more information regarding our horses for sale.

We are located centrally of Albemarle, Greene, Orange, and Culpeper counties. Right down the road from our driveway is the Shenandoah National State Park for trail riding. There are more great riding trails located at Lake Anna - only about an hour away. Touchstone Farm is an hour and a half south of Northern VA, and about an hour NW from Richmond. We are just 9 miles off Highway 29.
